I have been using VIP cleanings for several years now and I get regular household cleaning every 2 weeks ( including yearly carpet cleaning). I have a regular cleaner that comes every time but if I need to change the date or time with little notice, they’re always so accommodating with finding someone else to come and always deal with my queries quickly. The standard of service with regard to the cleaning is great and I’ve now introduced my parents and in laws too and they also get regular bi weekly cleans.

I also recently requested and experienced VIP Cleanings’ carpet cleaning services and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! I gave them with the task of cleaning five carpets, each with its own set of challenges, and they exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

From the moment they arrived, VIP Cleanings demonstrated their professionalism by being punctual and ready to tackle the job. Despite the varying sizes and conditions of the carpets, they efficiently managed the task, making the process hassle-free for me.

I was very impressed by her attention to detail and dedication to achieving great results. Some of the carpets hadn’t seen a thorough cleaning in years and were heavily stained and filled with dog hair. However, VIP Cleanings worked diligently and even used a specific product to treat the stubborn long-term stains.

After the cleaning process, the carpets were slightly damp, which is common, however, once they dried fully (I left them overnight), the transformation was remarkable. The colors were revived, and some carpets looked as good as new, I’m really impressed with both the machinery they used and the knowledge that they applied to this task.

Aside from their excellent cleaning results, VIP Cleanings also impressed me with their reasonable charges. Their pricing was fair and transparent which added to the hassle free experience.
